Within Tallow Gaa, we are aiming to develop our facilities to ensure we provide the best possible playing and training environment for those within our community. Furthermore, we want to create a facility that is accessible for everyone within our community.

 

To do this, Tallow Gaa need to move forward with our facility development plan, within this, we aim to ensure a facility which we can all be proud of. In doing so, the club will have a bright future on and off the field.
This development will include 5 key areas:

 

1. Scoreboard
To add to the experience for players and supporters alike, a scoreboard that will service both pitches will be added. This will stop a lot of “what is the score” questions being asked.

2. Perimeter Fencing
To ensure a safe environment for players and supporters. We aim to rail off both pitches. This will provide spectators with a better viewing  experience and also a safer one.

3. Community Lit Walkway
We aim to develop a community walkway which will be set around the perimeter of both of our pitches. This will be lit to ensure safe and enjoyable access in the evenings.

4.Gym
We will aim to develop a larger and better equipped club gym. To give the best possible performances on the pitch, we need to invest off it. A new club gym would be beneficial for the club and the community.

5. Stand
We aim to add a 200 seater stand in the lower field. This should create a more comfortable environment for supporters young and old.

To achieve the targets set out we aim to fundraise with different events within the community while also applying for all available grant funding, we aim to raise over €250,000 to complete this development.
